The lack of comfort in the bed and pillows is what affected our stay the most. An easy fix !

Disliked:The beds were not terribly comfortable ( they were harder than desired, which could be helped with a good quality mattress cover ). The pillows were horrible though !!!

Disliked:We were in a room next to the elevator - wished we could have been a few doors down the hall from the elevator. The room was comfortable and clean BUT the pillows were not comfortable - far too plump. Next time we will remember to bring our own.
