Good location, unpleasant rooms.

Liked:Location was great, breakfast was decent.

Disliked:The rooms were really damp smelling. We had 2 rooms and they were both terrible. The worst I've ever experienced. As a regular traveller that's saying something. The door to the patio was very difficult to open and close to the point that we gave up and stopped using the patio.
