Great stop on the way to Utah!

Liked:Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. And everyone thought the beds were very comfortable and we all appreciated that there was no carpet in the room.

Disliked:Pool was a lil dirty. And needed some repairs.

Not a Hampton Inn

Liked:I should have trusted other reviews when they stated that this hotel is not a Hampton Inn, it is a Spark hotel. This is not information disclosed to guests when they book. This is an aging property. It is a large hotel with two guest elevators. One was broken during my entire stay. They do not seem to have a freight elevator so the housekeeping staff rides with their giant carts on the guest elevator. The rooms have fake wood floors and decor that feels more like your college dorm room the day you moved in, rather than a hotel. The AC in my room was SO loud when it clicked on that it woke me up every time. On the positive, it looked like a nice outdoor pool, and the fitness room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was per usual for a Hampton Inn. The typical, friendly, professional Hilton staff was not part of my experience.
