Great hotel if you are staying in the Lake Mary area. Will be back

Liked:Really liked the room size, how clean it was, the fact that it has a kitchen and furnishings of the room. The breakfast and breakfast staff was very good, the dining and serving area was clean and well maintained. The check in staff was friendly and informative. Will definately recommend to others and if in that area again would choose to stay here.

Disliked:The shower head needs help and the stains in the hallway carpet is not a good look.

Liked:The location was good. The staff was great

Disliked:The bathroom was old and not very clean or user friendly. The toilet was very low to the ground not sure why but not easy for elderly to use at all. Also the room we had the refrigerator was dirty and just was very old overall.

Was very disappointed in our suite.

Liked:Breakfast was ok.

Disliked:The sofa had torn cushions. The floor was terrible in the kitchen and where the sofa was. The tiles were uneven and wavy. Looked lke a child put them in. They didn’t lay flat. Some were torn. I would have never expected this from a Hilton partner. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping came.
