Liked:If you arrive outside their reception times (10-6) it would be frustrating, but once inside, it's all good. Roomy, clean suite with all you need for extended stays, although a bit of a hike into good restaurants and town, but easily accessible by bus or taxi. Very close to one of Lagos' best beaches, and boardwalk along the coast.

Liked:We stayed on the fifth floor in room 504. The balcony, overlooking the road that led to the beach and the beautiful ocean, accommodated the living room and both bedrooms. The views were outstanding!!!! The team that worked there was lovely. Everyone was very responsive when I reached out to them. The apartment is fully furnished with linens and beach/pool towels. The apartment also had an American coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you could need including a dishwasher, fridge, and dish towels. There was toilet paper but no paper towels for kitchen. The beach gets PACKED during the day so get there early or go later in the day and skip the crowds. The other two properties have better pools.

Disliked:The property is situated right next to an abandoned building, which is odd but did not impact our stay as it was not visible from our apartment (504). The pool is small but perfect to take a quick dip or have the kids play. There’s a Jacuzzi on site, but I was told it is privately owned and not for guests to use… That was confusing. The parking garage is a maze of tight spaces. You are better off parking your car on the street when there is availability. Parking is free outside but is packed during the day with day visitors. Not to worry, they leave every night and there is plenty of parking even in the height of the season.
