Disliked:The room booked is a triple room for three people, but the sofa bed was still a sofa instead of an already made-up bed when entered. I have to make the sofa into a bed by myself, with given bedding stuffs after discovering the situation. The booking was made around 2am on Sunday, and the check-in was around 11pm.
