Lovely apartment

Liked:Staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment is nearby restaurants, grocery store, and a few minutes’ walk from the gorgeous Royal Palace of La Granja of San Ildefonso, its beautiful gardens and fountains. The apartment was clean and large. The kitchen had all the utensils to prepare a meal. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We definitely will return if we are in the area.

Liked:Apartment was clean,modern and warm.It was also nice and quiet.It was well situated in the heart of La Granja near the Royal Palace and bars,restaurants and shops..Upstairs bedroom was especially nice.

Disliked:No oven.2 wall clocks didn't work.Tea towels for drying after washing up not provided.Small amount of washing up liquid provided so you have to buy your own.In a perfect world there would be a toilet on the same floor as the upstairs bedroom.Metal coffee maker very old and needs replacing although most people would probably use the capsule machine provided. TV stations very basic.No Prime,Netflix etc.Would be a good idea to inform clients about this so they can take a "stick" or computer.
