I was charged 150 euro as deposit money. No hotel take deposit.

Disliked:I paid for AC, but after checking in, I was told there was an issue with the AC. I was given a table fan to use, whereas I paid for an AC room. I should be given a refund.

Good Value for Money

Liked:Good value for money. Located walking distance from Metro (12minutes), Bus Stop (1 minute), factory outlet (4 minutes) and big shopping mall (20minutes).
Disliked:Breakfast queues got very long, and the staff struggled to keep up with the food refills.

Liked:Clean place. The staff was polite.
Disliked:The first room we got was allready booked, with socks and other personal belongings all around the room. We came back to the reception to request another room, and we got a 2 bed room instead of the queen bed we booked. Additionally, the staff was very slow. Be careful when looking at the price. You are seeing the price for the rest of your booking, except the first night. The first night is paid in advance.
