Not good

Liked:Location is good, close to subway and restaurants 😋

Disliked:Not clean, the room has small fries from the washroom and washroom drains are leaking water and pipes are rusted, so disgusting 😑

I was charged the same amount of a greater hotel with pool and sauna etc. when it doesn’t have any of these services.

Liked:Great location nearby subway station. Coffee machine in the lounge area available 24/7

Disliked:Room smelled mold. The desk was hovering the bed and I could not use it for work. Also no bathtub. Also, the bed was so big that there was almost no room to walk. Isn’t this brainless?

We will never coming back. Very unhelpful.

Liked:The property is indeed clean, as well as the location in which you can easily access the bus and mrt by walking for a couple of minutes

Disliked:The staff isn’t helpful at all. we lost a pair of headphones in which we tried to coordinate with them asking to check the laundry that might have been in the blanket upon clean up. We’ve asked nicely and they just simple brushed us off; as if they are the one offended. We didn’t accuse anyone we simply asked if you’ve seen it. Rude staff.
