Lovely clean hotel - but slightly overpriced.

Liked:I loved the room and the scenery from our bedroom. The girls working in the hotel were lovely and couldn’t have done more for us.

Disliked:Lack of organisation and care by some staff members was a big thing. We had an issue with getting to our bus on time as the taxi the hotel rang never came until 40 mins later which meant we missed the bus. When we asked the man what was the problem he said traffic but the taxi driver later told us he got the call 10 mins beforehand. Things just didn’t add up. I just felt they were too chilled and didn’t seem to see how missing a bus was that big of a deal. It just left a sour taste in our mouth and when the taxi did come there was no sway in the price. He simply couldn’t see what was wrong. It felt like there was a few opportunities especially with taxis to get as much money as you can from tourists. Be careful with this. Hotel breakfast was also not great considering the price there was nothing cooked fresh eggs were sitting there a while.

Liked:Amazing views overlooking the bay of kotor.

Disliked:Our room wasn’t great, we were ground floor overlooking the pool with no privacy. For the amount we spent we would have expected a balcony or sea view. This hotel was very expensive.

Nice boutique hotel with great sea view

Liked:We booked a room with a sea view and got it, the view is through two windows since the balcony is facing a fence with the neighboring building. The room was big and clean and the bed and cushions were very comfortable. This is a boutique hotel (10 rooms) so there were not so many guests, and we literally had the pool to ourselves which was very nice. Maja at reception was great !! very helpful, informative and an easy talker - we loved her.

Disliked:No elevator, so be prepared :) The bell boy helps carry the luggage if there's such a need.

Serene solitude and sunny smiles!

Liked:The property is stunning; it’s a beautifully and lovingly restored historic stone house evoking romantic Mediterranean elegance amidst the beautiful backdrop of Venetian influenced Prčanj - a place along the bay where you avoid throngs of tourists and get a more authentic vibe with locals! The hotel rooms are immaculate and ooze warmth and charm, very grand yet so cozy. The ornately decorated stone-walled windows frame the best view of the bay of Kotor, especially at night as old town twinkles from afar. The private pier (equipped w/ loungers, umbrellas, tables, etc) echos this mesmerizing view and is a top highlight; it’s the perfect spot to sunbathe, take a dip, peacefully destress with a well-crafted drink from the bar, or even catch a private boat tour from a top guide! The complimentary breakfast also deserves a mention as it was always full of a variety of unique, tasty nibbles! However, the BEST part this hotel experience, is the hospitality of the highly attentive and friendly staff that will help you make the most of your stay in the bay; Natasha, Maja, and Marko were absolute gems!

Disliked:I can’t fault it really! I perhaps would suggest anyone sensitive to noise might not want to book a ground floor room due to the proximity of the main road (this will be true for any waterfront property in the bay though). It did not bother me but I imagine for some it will.
