Great potential, but lacking consistency and attention to detail.

Liked:The location and facilities were great. Some of the staff, especially Dori in the morning and Teo at the spa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in both the restaurant and the café was lovely and very relaxing.

Disliked:There was a noticeable lack of consistency in the way the food was prepared. Unfortunately, the massage experience was also not as expected. The hammam was not working, and the ladies’ changing room was constantly flooded. Although this was reported, nothing appeared to be done about it. The restaurant staff in the evenings were quite dismissive and not particularly friendly or welcoming. At times, they seemed tired and disengaged, which affected the overall atmosphere. Overall, it felt as though the hotel lacked proper supervision and would benefit from a strong general manager who is present and attentive to the day-to-day running of the property. Despite having great facilities and a lot of potential, the hotel often felt unsupervised, and this showed in the inconsistency of the service and maintenance.
