Every member of the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere, the beautiful theme, the surroundings, and every little detail are simply magnificent. Outstanding Butler Service from Khun Sasi

Liked:Amy and I would like to commemorate the outstanding service from butler Sasi during our recent stay in July. Sasi explained excellent to her attention to details and her immediate response to our need throughout our stay. She also made sure we were on time for our activities. The hospitality needs more people like Sasi. She ids definitely a keeper and the Naka Island Resort in Phuket is very fortunate to have Sasi on their staff. As we left the property, we had been asked what we enjoyed the most and our response was Sasi's service. We would have taken her along with us :-) Khun Chris and Khun Amy

Naka was amazing and so special with the best view!

Liked:Stayed in the seaview rooms and wow we loved it! Would highly recommend this hotel but only if you could get the seaview rooms. We originally booked the basic room and we were so glad we upgraded once we saw the basic rooms. The basic rooms have no view and when you open the curtains you look into a wall so if you want the real Naka experience please spoil yourself to the seaview pool villas. The breakfast is amazing and the service was on point. We didn’t want to leave after our three day stay here as it was all so special. Also every day they give free ice creams and my kids loved that!
