Stay out of this hotel, doesn't worth the money!

Disliked:We stayed here over Labor Day weekend with our family - my wife and I, our three young daughters, and my parents, and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The problems started at check-in. One of our two rooms was not ready until about 4:40 PM, despite the stated 4:00 PM check-in time. They said that they are very busy and understaffed, like I should be responsible for their manpower arrangements. When I asked about the delay, the front desk employee was rude and dismissive, telling me that Booking says rooms are available “around 4.” I asked whether that meant I could also check out “around 10” instead of at the stated checkout time. Unsurprisingly, the answer was no. I think that exchange says everything about how ridiculous the explanation was. They offered us an 11:00 AM “late checkout,” but that hardly makes up for sitting in the lobby with three young children waiting for a room that should have been ready at check-in. More importantly, the attitude from the front desk throughout the interaction was rude, defensive, and anything but welcoming. Unfortunately, the problems continued once we got into the room. Our room was split over two floors, something that was not made clear anywhere in the room description when we booked. This is important information, especially for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns. Far worse: we found multiple cockroaches in our room. Absolutely disgusting. Even more concerning, we had already seen another couple with a child rushing to the lobby to complain that their room was full of dead cockroaches. After hearing that and then finding cockroaches in our own room, this certainly did not feel like an isolated incident. The indoor pool was another major concern. There was extensive visible rust throughout the pool area and on the equipment. It was in such poor condition that we were uncomfortable having our children use it.
