Disliked:when we got there, the waterpark hadn’t been functioned in a long time. Everything was rundown. The rooms were in a mess. All the floors were pulled up water air-conditioning leaking in the rooms. We got switch three times to different room but we had already paid for this day or we would’ve went somewhere else. The continental breakfast was just bread and toast if you wanted to have bacon and eggs you had to pay for it. they also when you get there tell you you have to pay an additional hundred dollar deposit. It was very discouraging because it was our trip with our grandchildren and we were looking forward to them having a great time in the waterpark and floating raft, but they had nothing there other than a blowup slide that was functionable and a swimming pool

Disliked:The place is really getting run down. Been staying here for a few years now and we finally decided this will be our last time sorry to say. We love the suites because it accommodates what we need but to much has been let go. The breakfast is horrible but that’s nothing new.

Disliked:Breakfast wasn't included; had to pay an extra $8.99 if you wanted breakfast. There was no closet in the room; couldn't hang up my clothes.
