Spectacular Stay!

Liked:What a fantastic stay! This hotel is a true gem, in every way. The area is lively with dining and activities, but isn’t busy or congested. The location on Lake Washington is simply dreamy…with views over the deep blue water, to the green hills, to the white capped mountains in the distance - just stellar. My guest room was facing the lake, with a comfortable balcony, perfect for watching the sunset, as well as sipping a morning cup of coffee over the calmly lapping water. The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom gave me plenty of room to spread out. Another highlight was the team working at the hotel - so warm, so professional and beyond welcoming. Anyone I encountered was all smiles and made sure to stop and say hello. I can’t wait to return for another great stay!

Mid hotel, overhyped!

Liked:This hotel is mid. Staff couldn't care less. The amenities are meh. The only highlight is its proximity to good restaurants and lake washington.

Not worth the price.

Liked:The view of the water, but you look over a plaza that has a white plastic event tent in and, therefore, distracting from the view.

Disliked:Loud event music and conversation at fire pits into the night. Emphasis here is on events (the wedding was more impacting), not guests stay. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (but are a short walk away), no valet parking, or luggage assistance. The staff were fine but seem generally distracted; I think that is the focus on event activities. They can charge the high rates because there is no other waterfront hotel in Kirkland.
