Liked:Good location, very central. Love the hotel and the history and Jamaican cultural being displayed.

Disliked:We had to wait a long time to be checked in, Miss the previous breakfast option Meal prices have increased significantly Would have like the room to have a microwave.

Overall, an excellent and professional hotel with a relaxing vibe.

Liked:Excellent, friendly staff who were hard working and accommodating. Very professional reception. Rooms were cleaned very well each day. Pool service was excellent. Property not too busy to enjoy yourself.

Disliked:I thought everything was excellent and I can’t recall any part of my visit as being anything other than very good and this includes booking transport through the hotel. The only thing I would like to have seen are more Jamaican options for breakfast. You can have this, but it on a whole different paid menu. My relatives at a different hotel had great Jamaican breakfast as standard each day, which to some extent one of things that you go on holiday for.
