Liked:When I left because I wasn’t nickled and dimed for everything. Have to pay 15.00 a day to park in a hotel I’m staying at??? Make that make senses.

Disliked:The poop can for the four legged dogs was half full when we arrived and was Maxed out at the end of our stay was plum full and never changed on our entire stay. Laundry facilities should offer a cashless option in the washing machine room where they’re at for soap. Instead have to walk back to the front desk down the walking path that was illuminated and buy soap there then turn around and go back to the machine again. Parking spot are way too small as well. Most the time when I went to the desk there was always someone hanging out at the desk with the staff member coincidence I don’t know.

10/10 STAY AWAY - DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

Liked:This hotel advertises like it is a resort but it should be listed as a Motel 6. The room doors open to the outside so when it rains with hard wind the rain blows thru the cracks around the door. It is right beside the major road so road noise is terrible all night long. The front counter also tried billing me the morning that I was travelling but since the card on file was expired, I had made the reservation over 6 months ago, they cancelled my reservation. I was not aware of this until I got to the front desk because I had been driving for almost 7 hours. The front desk was not very helpful but finally did find me a room, it was not what I had booked for my family, but it was better than us sleeping in our car or trying to find someplace else that evening. I will not be staying here again and may not stay at any other Hilton property again if thats how they are going to treat a diamond member.
