Liked:The property was beautiful and relaxing. I love the insure outdoor bar and sitting areas.

Disliked:I didn’t like that the adult pool had a lot of kids in it because the family pool was closed. I felt this should have been communicated during booking.

Great Hospitality and Delicious Breakfast

Liked:We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Dewa gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel very well taken care of. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always made sure all of our questions were answered. His excellent service really made a difference to our experience. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; everything was delicious, and there was a great selection. Thank you, Dewa, and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

Disliked:The pool could perhaps be a little better maintained.

Disliked:The room was horrible where the bedroom was there were no windows except a tiny 4x4 window to the hallway. Very close-phobic! We couldn’t sleep in there! We came there to celebrate our first anniversary! Was very disappointed! The egg station attendant made messed up omelets saturated in so much oil I got sick to the point that I couldn’t eat all day! The coffee was unbearable and the glasses and mugs were not thoroughly clean from stains. The silverware is very thin and worn out! The Banquet manager Katie was amazing and so was the restaurant manager as they tried to accommodate us. Katie also sent us a fruit basket and champagne for our anniversary. Conor at the front desk was very nice and he credited us for the first night and he tried to change our room but had no availability so he refunded our total stay including amenities! He also set us up with a day cabana on the beach which made our stay better! Overall the staff was very nice! In addition there was construction noises while having breakfast outside which was very loud and annoying! Very inconsiderate to the guests. Also There are so many chicken and roosters running around the tables and all around eating of off them and pooping all over the restaurant area and walkways and parking lots! Extremely annoying ! The elevators were filthy! Disgusting! For anywhere leave alone a Hilton property! We are Hilton Honors members who came to celebrate our first anniversary and were extremely disappointed! The pictures on the website of the suite we reserved for over $1000 a night were misleading!!! False Advertisement!!!
