Worst place ever, left early

Liked:Bedroom was quite

Disliked:The place should be condemned, from empty fire extinguishers and rusted out fire sprinklers, dangerest flooring and decking and rails, the buildings are falling down, elevators not working. Dog shit around food and pool area that hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Food was cold, or not cooked properly.

Disliked:Astheticaly the property requires considerable maintenance due to storm damage But rooms were spotless

It was a nice stay away from the tourist areas, the local town near by had some great places to eat

Liked:The staff were amazing here really made the stay a great experience, the villa was spacious and beautiful with a nice view over a rice field and was lovely and quiet you could hear the waves crashing in the night time from anywhere on the property

Disliked:The property is a bit tatty, parts have been exposed and lost its rendering, and a few rooms are out of service because of this, but if you look past the broken parts it’s a lovely place, it’s very isolated with nothing near by and the sign saying no grab or Gojek makes it hard to travel out of the hotel without using one of there drives so becomes a bit expensive

Liked:My stay had both positive and disappointing moments. At check-in, I had to wait for about one hour before my room was ready. Once I received it, the room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. Unfortunately, a problem with the bathroom tap affected my stay. The tap suddenly came off and water sprayed up to the ceiling like a fountain, which was quite frightening. I was very tired, so I did not report it to reception immediately and stayed in the room. Breakfast had already been paid for, but I was repeatedly asked to pay again. I had to insist that the staff contact reception and check the booking details. They later apologized, but this situation was frustrating. The service was not quite what I expected. I asked for some compensation and was offered reimbursement for a taxi, although it did not cover the full cost. Overall, I appreciated the nice room, but the delays, maintenance issue, and breakfast confusion made the experience somewhat disappointing.
