Liked:I had a pipe break in my roommates spare room. Hired three different contractors to repair broken pipe, repair sheet rock, replace tile and repaint the room. Many delays, because complies couldn't come in on short notice. Called front desk and asked for extension of the room. Grateful for those extensions. Thanks.

Disliked:Book on line shortly after midnight, went to check in and was told "no check in after midnight ", had to sleep in car, expecting to have a room on 10, payment was excepted shortly after midnight on the 10 Was told by the rude front desk person that we had payed for the 9 to the 10 but did not stay that night or the following night so here we are, to disabled seniors with our money taken, but no place to stay making phone calls in the back parking lot to figure what out and was told we had to get off the property. Rudel.\n Y, so we're still out one night that we paid for and never got. So you guys owe us for 1 night stay that we never got, would like to have our money back. Please respond!
