Disliked:TV didn't work, faucet for bathtub wouldn't turn off completely and I couldn't even use the tub because the drain didn't work but the roaches in the fridge and crawling on the bed were the most disgusting. When letting management I was told, "I will refund you 20.00 but I shouldn't even do that because we offered to change you to another room." I informed her yes, due to someone trying to get into our room multiple times and and broken TV we were offered another room. However, I was at the time trying to get my grandson to sleep and I understand that they have no control over incidents involving others. I did ask about security and was told they don't have access to view security cameras. I told her had I discovered the roaches or water before my grandson was asleep we would have moved rooms. When asking other guests they also had roaches in their rooms. She replied, "The roaches are why I am offering you 20.00. I shouldn't do that." I asked for her boss, she replied she's the assistant general manager and her boss wouldn't be in until Tuesday. I then left, never agreed to a partial refund but noticed a charge back to my card for 22 dollars anyway then a charge to my card for 142.00. My room cost was supposed to be 66.00. Also, we were told a crib would be placed in our room. It was not. We then asked again and they didn't seem to care .

As your staff advised, we got what we paid for.

Liked:The staff was available and friendly. Answered all questions pleasantly.

Disliked:The room was very dirty. There was dried food on the windows, bath tub required shower shoes as we couldn't determine if the large black marks were burns, dirt, stains, just nasty. We overheard another guest complain and the staff member stated this is not the Hilton. It was obvious complaints were not welcome.
