Clean and comfortable.

Liked:Big clean room.Good location right off the freeway. The building looks older from the outside but nicely updated. Nice restaurant on site

Disliked:Rooms very spread out so long walk to lobby and restaurant.

Liked:My family liked the location of this hotel. My kids also enjoyed the water slides at the pool.

Disliked:The beds were uncomfortable. The layout of the hotel was also very confusing.

Great place to stay just needs an update on breakfast buffet. And rid of their no show policy.

Liked:The pool area was nice. Bed was comfy. Room was big and not crowded. Loved that when you exited the pool area. The halls were not cold! Pool opened earlier than many hotels so we were able to get in some fun before checking out and not rushing.

Disliked:The breakfast could use a little updating. The waffles were way too thick and dense and room temp. We like when they have the make it yourself ones. Then they are hot and fresh. And should have another choice for eggs. For those that don’t like peppers. After some communication things worked out. But the check in at a certain hour or you get put on a no show and your room canceled is not ideal. When we travel 9.5 hours to a location and we get into an accident, and had our whole plan messed up to find we were going to have to pay a no show fee (the total reservation amount) and rebook when we got there was not a good customer service. I wouldn’t have known it was even canceled if I didn’t call to personally verify someone would be at the desk or if there was a contactless entry. Luckily they were able to help us out and redirect. I personally don’t think there should be a time. You have staff there. People paid for the room. Even if the room remained empty. That’s on them for not canceling. But we were showing up. We were just late. Definitely think the way that is done, is not ok. Please change this. People can’t control their travels.
