Disliked:A bit worn out. Bathroom / shower really hard to shower properly due to the curtain coming towards you all the time. Window couldn't close properly.

Liked:The location was very good as well as the apartment. It was clean, spacious and with a nice view.

Disliked:When we arrived in Katowice it was cold (10°C) and in the apartment it was the same temperature as outside. We contacted the host, (he didn't speak much English) and I've been told that the radiators are not working and there is no heating.. the heating was central for the whole building, which was over 14 floors up and probably they have stopped it. The host said that there is heating in the summer (I guess they meant cooling). It was cold! We stayed with jackets inside, slept with clothes, socks and two blankets... horrible. There were no instructions on how to use the oven and the stoves in English, the remote control for the TV was also not working properly. We paid a lot of money for two nights and it is unacceptable not to have heating, especially if you are renting apartments.
