There were bugs crawling on the windowsills and in the bathroom. The shower leaked.

Weather was glorious spring everywhere. Close to everything. Wil in reception outstanding

Liked:Room was outstanding. Bed great we enjoyed it very much

Disliked:I think maybe a mat in the day spa and a handle for the mature guests. I didn’t like the toilet paper 😂

Disliked:My bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point i could’t sleep. It was two single beds literally taped together. They must look at it. The left side had a huge ruck in it that you couldn’t remove. It also had extra layers on the mattress than the right side for some reason. The first night i was on the left side and didn’t get any sleep the 2nd night on the right and it was fine. I think the only answer is to throw it out. Also adding to the discomfort was the level of heating. I found it too hot. Otherwise a fantastic old place and I am sur that every body else had a good night.

Liked:The hotel its self was so beautiful, i loved how many rooms to explore and things to do there was!

Disliked:I would really love go see a meaningful acknowledgment & collaboration with First Nations people in the area. Staying in these sorts of places is so double sided especially knowing the history of colonisation, it would be the bare minimum to acknowledge that history
