Everything was perfect

Liked:We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their friendliness and warm hospitality. Everything throughout the hotel was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which really gave us peace of mind and made our stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to the manager, Dinos, who was always there whenever we needed something. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and that we had the best experience possible. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our stay extra special. We truly felt looked after during our entire visit, and it’s clear that the whole team takes great pride in what they do. We would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan Hotel to anyone looking for a spotless, relaxing place with exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back!

A Wonderful Stay – We Felt Right at Home!

Liked:A Wonderful Stay – We Felt Right at Home! We had a fantastic time at this hotel in Paralia! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach – and there’s a beautiful pool on-site that's perfect for relaxing. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service. We also really enjoyed the rich and varied breakfast, which offered plenty of delicious options. What truly made our stay special was the warm and genuine hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind and especially welcoming toward our two-year-old daughter, which meant a lot to us. We’d like to give a special thanks to Dino, the main manager, who speaks several languages – including ours – which made us feel completely at ease and right at home. Dino was always around, helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. His presence really added a personal and heartfelt touch to our stay. We highly recommend this hotel – especially for families – and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent holyday period on Cosmopolitan Hotel

Liked:Everything was good from A to Z. Since the arrival everyone was very nice, helpful and polite. I receive a free upgrade of the room (without asking for it) and a lot of free gifts during staying there (free ice cream or free drinks) They are offering you free towels if you go to the beach (10 min walking to the hotel in straight line). Additionally, the food from the restaurant is very delicious and i tried almost the entire menu. The price on the restaurant is very fair and decent for a 4 star hotel. The pool is very nice and starting from 0,5 m (for small children) and going up to 1,5 m. The personal(ladies from receptions, the team from restaurant and bar) is very helpful and polite, jumping immediately to help you (thank you Nikos for the nice experience during our staying). Cleaning is made daily and very fast (while we were taking the breakfast the cleaning ladies were solving the room). Last but not least, Dinos (the owner) was daily there assuring that everything is going well and solving any small issue (i had i request to fix a potential issue regarding a nest of wasps and in short time he fix it). So overall excellent holyday on the Cosmopolitan Hotel and i left with the wish to go back next year.
