Strong positive mentions of multiple well-maintained pools (including slides), kids club, playground, onsite dining and convenient buggy service — resort amenities are a standout feature.

Value for Money7.8

Mixed signals: some guests praise the price-quality balance, but others highlight Phuket being expensive and point to high drink prices and extra costs, reducing perceived value.

Liked:Nice interior design. The kid’s club was nice they enjoyed it.

Disliked:It doesn’t say anywhere But there is construction right next to the hotel we could not be in the room it was very noisy 10am-5pm And also a big part of the kids pool is under construction as well and my 4 y son was devastated. It was part of the reason we booked that place.

Disliked:When check out they told me that we took something from the mini bar which im sure we didnt take any and I confirmed that we didnt but they told maybe the kids took something but i re confirmed that we didnt. Yet they still charged me. For me its not about the money. But charging me for something i didnt take felt like im being scammed.
