Liked:Keep coming back to this resort as it's always 💯 very friendly helpful staff, beautiful pool access rooms . No negative feedback.

Disliked:Only stayed 7 nights and should have stayed longer.

The property is beautiful, but the room and bathroom show evidence of wear that is beneath the standard of what I expect

Liked:I loved the swim up pool which contributed to the beauty of the resort.

Disliked:While the lobby and the external parts of the property was beautiful, the room, especially the bathroom seemed a bit run down, not what I would expect in a 4 star property.

Please note that the resort offers a one-way shuttle service from the resort to Karon Beach twice a day at 10:00 and 14:00 hrs only. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card along with a photo identification must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 1 May 2025 to 31 August 2025.
