Experience could have been better with customer service.

Liked:The cleanliness of my room and the hallway. Breakfast was great. The day of checkout the lady at the front counter was very helpful in understanding the issue I had with the rate of my room through booking.com and what I was charged when I checked in.

Disliked:While Checking in front desk informed that the rate I had was not showing the rate from booking.com, I even showed him my confirmation email from booking and he told me that I could not check in unless I paid the rate that was in Hampton Inn’s system. I felt like he didn’t want to listen or bothered when I even showed him my confirmation email.

Good stay but little things that could have made it outstanding.

Liked:Beds were very comfortable. We were given drinks (water and soda with a snack) upon arrival. Room was comfortable. There was plenty of room for my friend and I.

Disliked:There was no outlet very close to full size mirror in room. The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs had peppers and I can't eat peppers. The seat I sat in had absolutely not pad - I was sitting directly on a two by four. Shower did make a funny noise when water ran.
