Disliked:Hot tub jets haven’t worked the last two times we have been there. Can’t complain because the hot tub was still useable

Good Value in a good locaiton

Liked:This is a newer hotel in Kamloops and is in good shape. The service was good. I did note several items in the room that were not clearly thought out by the designers but the builders did some simple work arounds. Did not take away from the quality of the stay but did make you look twice and wonder why would they have done that? haha.
