Great relaxed resort on a great beach.

Liked:We love this resort and have been coming here since my eldest daughter was 1 and she's 12. We love the more relaxed atmosphere of the resort. While it isn't 5 star, it's relaxed and has everything you need such as a lot of pools, water slides, although getting a bit small now, and swim up bar, reasonably priced food and drinks, and I really love that the buffet breakfast shows dietary inclusions so we what we are eating is safe for allergies. I also love the location. Kamala beach is great, such a cute little beach, no car noises as it is directly on the beach and close to many resturants, shops and massage etc. I hate praising it, as it is getting extremely hard to book a family room now.

Disliked:We had an amazing family room which had pool and sea view but last time we had one that looks onto this weird land/grass area. I think they should charge more for the ones with better view so you know what you are getting. I also think since family rooms are so hard to get, they should figure a way to make some standard rooms into two bedroom rooms by putting a door maybe next to the wardrobe? I also wish they had free beach stools for guests, as we pay 100 baht per person each day for a couple hours of beach time. I'd also like better nightly entertainment at the resort, it is hard going out later with kids, so would be great in wet season if there were more nights and longer hours of singers.
