Quaint.

Liked:Very clean and fresh. Staff great.

Disliked:Definitely NOT available to those with mobility issues. No ramps, small entrance and bed so high too high a step stool should be provided. Limited seats in bedroom to sit other than high bed. A bit pricey for the experience.

We were so glad we chose the Gold Rush Hotel fir our four night stay!

Liked:Very very clean. The beautiful decor of the lobby, dining room , the game and relaxing corner, the bedroom and front porch- all of it ked to relaxing and really feeling like we were on vacation in another era!!!!

Disliked:It would have been nice if there were a handicap ramp to get to our first floor room, from the sidewalk/street.

Loved the ambience, a charming trip back in time.

Liked:Cute, clean,very friendly staff. Quaint, no tv but you really don’t need one. In the evening, guests gather in the lobby to talk or to play board games. We met several very nice people. Coffee, various teas and hot chocolate is also available in the evening. The property is very central and many of the sights are easily within walking distance. The breakfasts are very good.

Disliked:Parking is challenging.
