Good Hotel for few days

Liked:Seaside - high view - room small but cozy -

Disliked:Arrived late - departed early; only one breakfast opportunity over 3 days - very windy between the two buildings - front desk not explaining well all the hotel activities and opportunities - terrible parking organisation compensated by vehicle to drop and pick up

Disliked:Zand appears to have 3 towers. Only tower 3 would have possibly good views of Ocean and pool if you are in a room facing the sea. Photos and some descriptions on booking.com are misleading. Apparently some renovations are being done. Rooms looked tired and need repair

Liked:Location very good for families and the bhat buses for 10 bhat run regularly just flag one down pay 10 bhat get on and ring bell to get of so you can get anywhere in Pattaya both beaches for no more than 20 to 30 bhat per person, It has a nice restaurant and the pizzas are very good so enjoy 😁
