Good location and Good staff👌

Liked:I just want to sincerely say how much we appreciated our stay. Everything felt so comfortable and easy—the room was very clean, cozy, and truly worth the price. It made our time there even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms. Ailyn for being so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. You can really feel when someone cares, and she went out of her way to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. We’re also grateful for all the places she recommended—we loved every one of them and made such nice memories because of it. This kind of heartfelt hospitality is rare, and we truly appreciate it. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again Ms Ailyn👌

Five-Star Hotel, One-Star Service at Breakfast

Liked:The hotel staff overall were very kind, and the location is excellent. It’s close to the night market, which made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the mall facilities due to the Chinese holiday, which was disappointing — but that was understandable. However, the female staff member at the breakfast restaurant was extremely disappointing. Her tone of voice, eye contact, and overall attitude were absolutely not up to five-star standards. It was honestly shocking. Her service mindset was unprofessional and unpleasant. What made it worse was that while I was speaking in English, she suddenly switched to Chinese and said, “I am Chinese.” I am Korean. Why would she do that? What was the point? If I am clearly speaking English, why suddenly respond in Chinese? Assuming my nationality based on my appearance and speaking to me in Chinese is inappropriate and unacceptable. It felt ignorant and uncomfortable. I do want to thank the manager who later apologized sincerely — that was appreciated. However, it seems clear that staff training is needed. A hotel of this level should not have employees displaying such behavior. Very disappointing experience.

Terribly noisy hotel room and the staff just doesn't care

Liked:Terrible terrible hotel. Room on 12 floor is super noisy facing the bloody cooling towers. Already changed room once, still gave me the same type of noisy room . If your hotel is just noisy please do something about it..stop pretending its ok when client cannot sleep at night and just have stupid excuse saying the rooms are full. Its a fact your room on floor 12 tower 1 or tower two room 1201 or 1235 is noisy at night! Stop cheating customers for their money! And your windows are dirty !

Always being welcomed and treated like a VIP guest 🥰

Liked:I always feel very welcome when I visit KSL Resort and Hotel. Sanjeev is one of the most diligent and efficient hotel managers I’ve encountered when I make my frequent trips to JB. He always assists guests who encounter issues personally and resolve the matter almost instantaneously. Also love seeing Fifi with her beautiful, warmhearted smile. Thank you to both of them for attending to me during my recent stay ♡
