Liked:It was a peaceful and serene location. I appreciated the assistance provided by the staff and the person who responded to my messages. They made the process of navigating the hotel quite easy for me. The security officer was also helpful in directing me to my room. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the safe. On the positive side, I was grateful that no one came to check or clean my room. I was pleased with the extension of bonus hours when I requested it for pre-checkin and post-checkout. By the way, do you offer DSTV or Openview?

Disliked:I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the safe. I was also disappointed with your TV; it doesn’t have DSTV. The ironing board was not available either.
