Liked:Our checkin experience was wonderful and the young man assisting was amazing.

Disliked:Very slow communication. Asked about a change in requirements and got back to us too late to be relevant. Hefty charge to keep one of two rooms booked for check out at 6.30 pm, which due to very low occupancy should have complimentary. Would not stay here again.
