Amazing place but questionable charges.

Liked:The place was breathtaking, it looks exactly like the pictures. Aesthetically pleasing and a great place to unwind.

Disliked:I was not made aware of the R3000 breakage fee up until a day before check-in, which is shocking. I had to run around because I did not budget for this. Additionally I could not pay with card unless I paid a R200 extra which is non-refundable because it’s deemed as “card charges”. Lastly I did not break anything at the property but I only got a R2850 back.

Liked:The place was neat and tidy. Cleaning help daily. The space was good, lighting was great. View was lovely.

Disliked:My family was really excited about the jacuzzi especially the kids. We were under the impression it was working and can be used as soon as we get there because booking and payment included a private jacuzzi. When we got there we were told it was not working and the guys will only fix it on Saturday the day we were checking out. Disappointed with that.
