Liked:I want to give a 10+ to to the lady in the reception on the 17 Sep. afrernoon which helped with an important issue for me ( parking payment in Innsbruk), she was endlesd determined resolving it and let me calm and satisfied, I think her name was Jacklin Thanks!!!!

Great location, excellent service, and amazing breakfast—just needs warmer pool water to be perfect!

Liked:The beautiful location, the unique level of service of each and every hotel staff member, awesome breakfast, great kids club every hotel should have!

Disliked:The swimming pool water was cold, a big bummer for our stay with kids, also I was expecting the room size would be bigger and with newer furniture.
