Fantastic family destination with great food, facilities and friendly staff.

Liked:The slides and splash pool and kids club facilities were wonderful for our son, he was thoroughly entertained with so much choice. The gym was well equipped and always clean. The bed was very comfortable and room clean. The breakfast was fantastic with endless, fresh choices.

Liked:The facilities were amazing. Love all the available activities for families. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of options. We also loved chocolate hour, it was a fun little treat in the afternoon! We also liked the little village next door which offered some restaurants, souvenir shops, and markets on the weekends. It was great if you didn’t want to venture anywhere too far if you’re too lazy to go out for dinner. The Krisna’s souvenir shop was also a good place to get last minute gifts etc. Also loved that all the staff were friendly and attentive. And it was nice to see staff cleaning and refreshing the pool area in the morning.

Disliked:The shower tiles could use a bit more scrubbing as there was a little bit of mould on some of the tiles. But it was generally very clean.

Liked:We absolutely loved our stay at Movenpick Jimbaran! The hotel is beautiful with really green, well maintained grounds. Our room was really nice and spacious - ground floor with a nice outside balcony area. The bathroom was really spacious with a seperate bath and shower. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The pool are and kid's slides/ inflatable were great - all clean and well maintained. The kids club had a good selection of activities/ games and offered daily activities. The gym had a good range of equipment and was very clean. We had daily breakfast and dinner which was superb! Breakfast was buffet style with a huge selection and catered for everyone. Dinner was chosen from a menu and was really good - the food we had was really tasty and great portion sizes. Chocolate hour was a real treat! The food and drink prices felt very reasonable and there was lots of choices. The beach was around a five minute walk and was really nice with a selection of bars/ restaurants. There was a complex just outside the hotel with restaurants, cafes and some shops. We would definitely love to return to Movenpick Jimbaran :-)

Disliked:Nothing to report - maybe some pool games such as volleyball.
