I will make sure I pack a cooler because the refrigerator was very tiny!

Liked:Location is great. The walkway over the dunes to get to the beach has a ramp which was great for me taking my ebike to and from the beach! Facility was nice, pool was big and great. Night lighting around the place was pretty. Food was good! Room was very nice, ocean view was fabulous! Seen dolphins swimming on my last day, right infront of the hotel. Staff was all great!

Disliked:The refrigerator is ridiculously small and no microwave in the regular rooms! Little pricey!

Liked:Conveniently located. Loved access to the beach and the pool area. Plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Disliked:Food was a bit expensive for a family. Family of six was over $100 for breakfast staying on the Spring Hill side.

Location was great, food was OK, cleanliness was OK not great, price was a little much.

Liked:The breakfast was good, not exceptional but OK. Location was beautiful and they had great amenities and a very nice pool. The pool seemed to be very clean especially with the number of people that were staying there.

Disliked:In all the facilities were good and the staff was good. when we checked into the room we found debris on the floor including a used Q-tip and both trash cans had garbage in them. One trash can had an egg quiche container and other food wrappers, so evidently the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash cans or just skipped them. I mention this to the person at the front desk and showed her a couple of photos. She said she would make a note of it and have the cleaning people do a "refresh" but they never showed up. When I checked out the person at the front desk didn't see a note about the unclean trash cans. We had also asked for extra pillows but when we checked in we were told that there were none. Parking was not bad except for the fact that several greedy people had brought their trucks, trailers and golf carts so they could ride around in them (taking up 3 parking spaces). Note that your card will be charged $30 per night in resort fees so add that to your total room price. Price of a basic breakfast for 2 was about $45.00 plus tip.

We loved the location and the pool area is nice. The cleanliness was NOT up to par at all.

Liked:Location was great, dog friendly!

Disliked:Property wasn’t kept very clean. Our room wasn’t very clean, carpets weren’t vacuumed and upon arrival there was trash outside the room we were checking into. The couches that are outside are very dirty, stains all over all the cushions. The pool area chairs weren’t cleaned off for use, we had to clean them before using them. Trash wasnt picked up around the pool regularly. For the cost, the cleanliness should’ve been MUCH better.
