Liked:The location is beautiful. I liked the access to the bicycles.

Disliked:There is nowhere near enough room for clothes. You need hangers in the bathroom for wet towels.

For the money, $1600 for a 4 night stay, and the rooms were not cleaned everyday, this was HORRIBLE.

Liked:Proximity to amenities

Disliked:My room did not have a microwave. The staff told me I had to use the one in the candy store next to the check in counter. Horrible.

Liked:Breakfast was ok for fee. The best part about this place is the beach is right at the property and pool was great. They have lots of different set ups, games all-around the facility for entertaining. It rained both days we were there, so we were able to play games in the lobby.

Disliked:It appears because I booked my stay with booking.com they did not give me the room I paid for. I paid for balcony with beach view; I had a balcony with parking view. I show them my reservation which I paid extra for the views I requested, they send me to another room without balcony nor view, promised to move us in the morning by noon. The next day I asked they said it will be between 1-2pm. then 2pm they said 3pm overall room was not ready until 4:30pm which I waisted my whole day waiting for the room. Overall, it was horrible we did not get to do much because we waited all day to be moved to room #3. During check out they over charge (extra $149) for the room with view I had to show them my invoice from booking.com then they tried to fix it still charged $30 extra. At that point I was tired and ready to leave the place. I will not go back there again.
