Disappointed

Disliked:Made reservations in May 2025. Fairfield Louisville Jefferson hotel closed completely in September 2025. No email. No notification. Learned reservation was changed to another hotel when found another Fairfield Hotel in Jefferson. Very disappointed. We chose the hotel because it was in walking distance of our function. No sympathy from the hotel chain.

Ok.

Liked:It was okay but the tv wasn’t working. Had to move rooms after getting settled.

Disliked:They wouldn’t cancel my second booking even though I had two bookings so they took my money for an empty room that wasn’t used and wouldn’t refund me.
