Clean and updated

Liked:Excellent clean hotel, great service, great breakfast. There were homemade Breakfast burritos that were very tasty. Coffee was good and to go cups were provided.

Will reconsider staying again

Liked:We have stayed here several times the past few years. Usually have had a decent or pleasant experience. Usually the same staff member would check us in each time and it was nice to see a familiar face upon arrival. We never really had any issues with the room in the past. Stayed for an overnight recently. Was not the best experience. In the morning we discovered an open snack chips bag under the bed skirt. It was a bit hard to fall asleep that night since we could hear the music they play on a speaker mounted on the building broadcasting to the parking lot. Smudges on a light switch plate. Large crowd for breakfast (tour bus contributed to that.) They were constantly running out of a few things and not quickly replenishing. Heater in our room didn't work. We heard from someone that they are under new management. Hopefully new management can make the changes they need to make to keep it as good as it was. Not sure this will be our go to place again when in the area.
