It's nice to stay a couple of nights in the garden of eden.

Liked:Authentic, homemade Balinese food cooked from local ingredients. Friendly staff - all local villagers, amazing people. Manicured gardens. Cozy, homely vibe. The quietness.

Spartan conditions don't have to mean dirty.

Liked:Photos of the property on booking.com. Unfortunately, the reality is much more modest.

Disliked:Complete lack of hygiene in bathrooms and rooms. Dirty pillows. Duvets without covers. We expected spartan conditions, but even in our travels in Kenya and Tanzania, similar facilities were much more tidy.

Beautiful, quiet stay in the middle of they red rice field.

Liked:I thik everything in there. the location is perfect. People are the kindest. the enironment is beautiful , quiet and qaiunt. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. the rice i was being served was produced in that very piece of land. There are lots of pineapples planted. I feel so much love from Ibu and her son and team. Everything was careful craft with heart.

Disliked:the only thing i would say if i need to pick is the way biking btw the main road and the stay itself can be slilppery. I hope one that that will be paced. Good luck.
