Overall a nice hotel, but a few things could have been improved.

Liked:The swimming pools were excellent, and the location was great.

Disliked:The birds pooping in our private pool! Our room looked beautiful, but the big tree outside meant there were many birds nesting in it & constantly pooping in our pool which meant we could never use it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every corner of the resort was very clean.

Liked:I like the friendliness of the staff and the ease of getting a driver into town and arranging the excursions.

Disliked:They should get a waffle maker and add more options to breakfast. At first I was surprised there wasn't any phones to the reception desk or no TV's but that added to the enjoyment of relaxing and staying outdoors.

Liked:We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. A special thank you to the General Manager Yafa, as well as the Guest Relations Manager, Margaret and Reception Manager Sam, for their warm welcome and exceptional service throughout our stay. They made us feel valued and very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to come back!
