Liked:We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is clean and the staff were very pleasant. However there appears to be many managers who look very smart but in the restaurant they don't seem to be able to direct their willing staff to clear tables, stock up on the buffet dishes and serve their customers.' We ordered a bottle of white wine, which arrived not chilled, then 20 minutes later they brought an ice bucket. Half an hour later the glasses arrived! More geared up for business meetings than tourists but with small changes it could be great!

A special and heartfelt mention to Sakshi, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. She was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm and professional attitude. Her genuine willingness to help and the way she handled everything so smoothly really stood out. She made the entire experience feel more welcoming and seamless, and her efforts were sincerely appreciated. Thank you to The Lalit and especially to Sakshi for the wonderful hospitality.
