Very nice hotel if renovation work was not taking place and if rooms had been better cleaned

Liked:We were upgraded to larger rooms (which were roughly double the size from the standard rooms). Rooms are nicely furnished but unfortunately the cleaning was not up to 5star standard (carpets were dirty). Beds were very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast (fabulous choice and excellent food).

Disliked:There were renovation works going on at the hotel plus a wedding the next day so there was hammering and drilling noise the entire afternoon. We would not have booked to stay there had we known.

Liked:The location, food and the staff were amazing. I would like to give a shoutout to Ananya and Sayani from the Hospitality team, who looked after our food and made sure to not only serve but also suggested what food to try. They made our dining experience really great, with a constant smile and care.. All the best to them

Great staff made all the difference!

Liked:The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Always up for a chat and sharing their view on life. We really appreciated conversations with the team, it struck us how friendly they were and how well managed the hotel was allowing staff not to be robots. We’d highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Jaipur (and learning a little about local life through the wonderful staff).

Disliked:We liked it all really. The weddings that they held added to the ambience and theatre of it all and if you are going to play Indian weddings music, play it loud.
