Liked:I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during a week-long work trip. The property itself is lovely, the food was consistently excellent, and the customer service truly stood out. Over the course of my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always with warmth, professionalism, and kindness. I especially want to recognize Anjali in the restaurant, Satya, Pradip, Hayat, Ananya, Davilal, Anjali from housekeeping, Yogesh, and front desk manager Aayush for making such a positive impression. There were also several other incredible housekeeping staff members whose names I unfortunately did not get, but their care and attention were equally appreciated. What made this stay so memorable was not just the quality of the hotel itself, but the genuine friendliness and hospitality shown by the team every day. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming.

Disliked:The only negative was the pool music playing too loud and on repeat! Everything else was great.

Liked:The service was excellent, top notch. Breakfast was very good. one of the best I’ve had. Nikhil was super attentive and went out of his way.

Disliked:Too much construction work all though concealed properly and kept the guests and the workers seperate properly. The property is going under massive renovation. Couldn’t enjoy it in all its beauty.
