Staff is Amazing!

Liked:Everything about this stay was great. The location was centered around great food and easy access to other parts of town. The room and cleanliness was great as well. I would like to personally thank the front desk staff by name, Ida and Maxema were both OUTSTANDING. Thank you both for all that you did to help our group have a great stay.

Liked:Very nice hotel in a great location with stores and other shops nearby. Super nice outdoor pool.

Disliked:The bedroom was a bit small, but the living room area/kitchen were spacious.

Liked:I like this hotel very clean and spacious for my 5 grandbabies.. they loved the pool.

Disliked:I didn't like the kitchen...other Extended stay have a full kitchen meaning all kitchen utensils are available. Here at Homewood didn't have enough utensils and pots or cooking tools.

Honors Guest Experience

Liked:I arrived at this hotel early. It took forever for me to get into my room. It seemed as if there was a staffing issue. At 3:02 pm rooms were not ready and there were multiple other couples waiting to check-in that arrived after me. Even after asking the front desk if there was a staffing shortage I was told “Ma’am we only start check-in at 3pm.” However it’s more likely going to be after 4 pm. Poor service
