Liked:The staff was so awesome. Jim was fantastic and helped me out so much!

Disliked:The bed... it was so springy and bouncy feeling and hard! And the ac... lawd have mercy, that ac. It stayed 77 to 83 degrees in the room! Absolutely miserable. However, I always bring a fan with me, so it helped out a good bit.
