Liked:I think this property is not fit to stay. We booked but did not stay. The mold smell and grime was evident immediately in the room and throughout the entire building.

Disliked:The mold smell and dirt and grime. It was very dirty.

Would stay here again.

Liked:Great location, great value, friendly staff, good breakfast, very comfortable bed.

Disliked:Our bathroom was less than desirable. The sink was slow to drain, the shower was wonky, the toilet didn’t have a great flush, and the door was hard to close.

Our stay was frustrating, gross, and upsetting.

Liked:Our room was not clean. We didn't notice until we unpacked. We asked for the room to be cleaned and vacuumed. I showed them a photo of a gross splatter on one of the walls. It was wiped off. But the floor wasn't vacuumed. The bathtub was dirty. My bedding had a crusty stain on it. I asked for both beds to be completely changed. They only did one. The wrong one. The hallways were dirty. The public hallways were not vacuumed the entire time we were there, which was 5 days. Instead of giving us they the significant discounted they said they would, they charged a different credit card a vastly discounted rate. Unfortunately, the room had already been paid for. No one could figure who charged our card at 3:38AM. They did remove that charge. Sadly, I'm the end, they only took one night off our bill instead of two nights. We have NEVER stayed in such a dirty hotel! Although we had many cleanliness issues with our room, the head of housekeeping said she was never informed. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. I reported it. The head of maintenance was never informed. It was ridiculous. Not sure where the manager is, but she was never available to speak to us. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER BLU HOTEL AGAIN. It was gross and aggravating. And WAY overpriced.

Disliked:Clean the damn hotel. Enough said!

Liked:The location is great. Staff members Calyiana and Raul were very helpful.

Disliked:There was an odor emanating from our assigned room and a new room had to be assigned. That room was a little better but had some housekeeping issues which were reported to staff at the front desk.
