Exceptional stay and an amazing team!

Liked:I had a wonderful stay at Woxx Hotel. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality of the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to Büşra and Kemal from the kitchen team for their kindness and great service. They made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Liked:The room was clean and the bed sheets were good. The receptionists were very welcoming, kind and helpful (they speak multiple languages). Breakfast provided good options and all food that we ate there was tasty. The neighborhood is nice, it isn’t noisy and you can easily reach the main tourist sights by tram. Overall, it’s the best hotel experience in Istanbul so far! Totally recommend!

Great location and value for your money!

Liked:All the staff were super helpful. I could always ask them for recommendations. My room was tidied up every day, and they had a good buffet for breakfast.

Disliked:The AC was not cooling the room enough, but then I was helped by a staff member to fix that problem soon. The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste, but they replaced them after I asked for it.
