Guest Reviews

What Guests Say

8.7

Excellent

756 reviews

Highlights

+Clean and well-maintained rooms / excellent housekeeping
+Friendly, helpful staff and reception
+Excellent location near transport and exhibition areas
+Very good and varied breakfast
+Generous snack service available daily (13:00–21:00)
+Comfortable rooms and attractive decoration

Could Improve

–Noise on top floor from rooftop air-conditioning making sleep difficult
–Gym facilities considered poor for a 4-star property
–At least one report of being overcharged / value concerns
–Occasional small room size
–Isolated report of unpleasant smell in a room
–One instance of a broken AC (room changed by staff)

Cleanliness8.9

Multiple reviews praise cleaning and note rooms were very clean and well maintained (e.g., 'خدمات النظافة ممتازة', 'hotel very clean', diligent housekeeping). One report of an unpleasant smell in a room slightly lowers the score.

Service9.1

Service repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (reception staff praised, cordialità del personale, staff from reception to housekeeping commended); staff changed a faulty AC room when requested.

Location9.0

Many guests highlight excellent location near transport and exhibition areas ('near tuyap exhibition', near metrobus, well placed for transport to city center), though one comment notes slightly far from centre but acceptable due to transport links.

Room Quality7.7

Rooms described as comfortable and well decorated by several guests, but there are consistent negatives: small room size for some, broken AC in one case, noise from rooftop air-conditioning on top floor and difficulty sleeping — these bring the category down.

Amenities8.8

Breakfast and the free snack service (daily 13:00–21:00) are frequently praised and considered generous; however the gym was noted as poor by one guest, so amenities are strong overall but not perfect.

Value for Money8.1

Most guests felt satisfied with the stay, but at least one guest complained about being overcharged ('دفعت اكثر من المفروض'), which lowers perceived value slightly.

Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent and varied; snack buffet and available sweets/snacks/coffee praised by many guests, making F&B a particular strength.

Overall Experience9.0

Overall sentiment is very positive — multiple guests call the stay exceptional and say they would return, noting cleanliness, service, breakfast and convenient location as highlights.

I appreciate every moment, and since I was preparing for an exam, the hotel made me feel home

Liked:Magical music, amazing atmosphere, kindness of staff, lighting and of course a wonderful collection of toys and sculptures.

Disliked:It was actually funny. Sometimes the waiters would talk about you :) because they thought you didn't understand Turkish :D

Good to stay & Enjoy breakfast.

Liked:First contact was very nice. I've been arrived early about 11:15 and they arranged my room kindly. So I didn't wait till 2 pm o'clock. Another one is close to Marmara Park which is very good to visit with most of the brands and wonderful coffees and restaurants. Good Luck.

Disliked:A little bit noisy at last floor.
